Using Chrome, the password explorer does not populate. It stays stuck on "loading...". It works in IE.
Using IE, when viewing a resource as an password administrator in the user group that the resource is shared with, and the user group is set to "manage resource", the action tabs do not show on the screen ( Add, Delete, Customize, etc... ) but they do in Chrome.
