I figured out why I was not seeing the resource in my custom server list. Apparently, resources must first have at least one account listed. Since the initial discovery did not automatically detect my local admin accounts, I added one manually. I can even do a successful password verification, meaning there is communication between PMP and the resource; however, if I try to do a manually account discovery, it fails due to either insufficient privileges or it is unable to reach the resource, and the latter is not the case. After reading the PMP manual, I see that you must first select the "Supply Credentials for remote synchronization" option (I didn't have to do this for the other resources, and they worked fine) so I did, but the same thing occurs.
