Re : Who can administer User Groups

Hi Lee,

Thanks for the post.
Sure. Our team is currently working on a new UI for PMP and it should be out in the next few months. We will then take up this request after this release and implement ownership concept for User Groups. So just like each Resource Group having an owner, you can have an assigned owner for User Groups.

But until then, you can make sure there are only one or two administrators in PMP. Every one else can just be Password Admins who cannot add/modify user groups. The administrators can import all the required User Groups from AD with the Sync option enabled. This way, the User addition and password delegation process can be automated. Since no one else has access to User Management settings, it should secure the User Groups in PMP.
