Thanks for the info. We do not see the service accounts under domain controllers group. It did not discover those accounts after AD import. What is the process for PMP to figure out what is service account Vs. user account?

Also, we need to use password characters minimum 15 characters due to compliance. How can we setup minimum/maximum characters for password?
