Hi Cris,

Thanks for the post and our sincere apologies for the delay in response.
At present, PMP does not keep track of all the decommissioned servers during AD Sync. So you will have to manually delete them from the Resources tab. But we do have plans to provide a dedicated report under the Reports section that will list all the machines present in Resources tab but no longer present in AD. This feature is still under the design phase and our team is looking at all possible options available to implement this feature. There are cases when a server gets moved from one OU to another and this change gets reflected in PMP even now during the AD Sync. But there are scenarios were a handful of servers would be imported from AD individually, rather than being pulled in as a Group/OU. In such cases, we would not be able to rely on the Group/OU name. So we are working on a totally different design to handle all use cases.

You can expect this feature to be available in our releases by the end of this year tentatively. Do contact us if you have any other questions.

Thanks & Regards,
Ganesh
