Re : Are service accounts running tasks

Hi Cris,

This info is currently available per account. You can select the account under the Domain Controller resource and then select the "Scheduled Tasks" button above to fetch this info. If you have done this once for all accounts manually or if you have triggered a password reset for all these accounts atleast once, then PMP would have populated the target server and scheduled tasks list. This list will be currently present in our DB and we will be able to fetch this information for you.

But if you add a new account under the Domain Controller resource, there will be no data present for that account, until you manually use the "Fetch Now' button or until you perform a password reset once. Please send an email to passwordmanagerpro-support@manageengine.com. We will build the required scripts and assist you in fetching this information.
