Thanks for the post. Please follow the below steps so that we can identify the root cause.
- Navigate to Admin-->Log Level. Change the Level to Debug and Save it.
- Stop the PMP service and delete all the files present inside PMP/logs directory.
- Start the service again and try doing a verification for this resource a few times.
- You can also try a password reset.
- Once it fails, zip and send us the entire logs directory.
We will analyze the logs and get back to you. PMP does not use SSH protocol to perform reset for AS400 devices. It uses the native API's provided by IBM. So only by analyzing the logs we will be able to identify the root cause.
